Bentley Street Consulting Ltd is an agency recruiting for their client, a B2B telecoms/VOIP provider.

What are the job responsibilities?

  • Working with internally generated leads to develop new business in Mid-Market companies
  • A core focus on new business, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Building relationships with IT Directors/C-suite level contacts.
  • A view to cross-sell the company\’s IT and Communications services.
  • Provide a top level of customer service; they are currently achieving an NPS in the high 80s.

What experience do you need to apply?

  • At least 12 months in a sales or Account Management, SDR, or BDR position.
  • Solid experience using Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience working in Business Telecoms, IT Managed Services, Cyber or Connectivity.

  • A good basic salary, c.£35-40,000 depending on experience.
  • Expect to earn up to £70k ote in your first year, and £80k+ from year two.
