Nelson Recruitment Services are currently representing our client who are a reputable international Manufacturing business. Our client is now looking for and experienced Sales Order Processer to join the business on a permanent basis. As an Sales Order Processer you will effectively manage customers by ensuring orders are processed within relevant timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure quality service offering continues. The role will include supporting our external International Sales Managers and handling customer queries to a high standard and recording interactions in Company databases. Key Responsibilities: * Collecting and entering data into internal databases. * Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. * Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communication the results to management. * Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieve departmental response time targets to queries. * Accountable for all administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including returns, stock checking and analysis. * Perform administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and customers via e-mail and telephone with any queries. * Comply with health and safety procedures keeping the working environment clean and tidy. * Assist through operating best practice in order to meet the requirements of the company standard.
