In-Store Operations Manager – Luxury Retail London Salary £60,000-£70,000 Are you an experienced retail operations professional with a background in luxury retail? Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Luxury Fashion House. We are looking for an In-Store Operations Manager to be the key link between front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring seamless communication and processes that contribute to an outstanding client experience. This role requires strong leadership, inventory management expertise, and financial acumen to optimize store performance. What You'll Be Responsible For: Overseeing retail operations to ensure efficiency and smooth coordination between teams. Acting as the central point between sales teams and stock operations, optimizing workflows and communication. Leading the stock management team, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely replenishment, and supply chain efficiency. Managing financial operations, including P&L management, KPI analysis, and reporting. Implementing health & safety procedures, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
