Location: Darvel
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 8.00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £14 per hour DOE
About the Role: Our client are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. Our client is a world class organisation in their Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently
- Supporting the team with scheduling and general office duties
- Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with any ad-hoc admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administrative experience required ideally have some Freight Experience
- A proactive and positive attitude
