Plant Operations Manager £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE) Attleborough MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in Attleborough.  As the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc. Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits Site project improvements and upgrades Other duties as required To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on an AD process plant / gas to grid HNC/HND or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject WAMITAB COTC level 4 desired Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, Energy from Waste, CHP, etc.) Project management experience is desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, expanding business within the Renewable Energy industry.  The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
