We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our front of house team at our new Head Office in Liverpool City Centre.

We are looking for a vibrant individual who thrives on providing quality customer service and possesses excellent relationship management and strong administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • To act at the first point of contact between the visitor and the company, meeting and greeting visitors and offering help immediately.
  • Taking, screening and directing calls via a switchboard from both UK and international callers.
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and approach.
  • Ensuring visitors and clients feel welcomed and supporting with general queries.
  • Supporting the business with general administrative tasks, including updating and creating various spreadsheets and other documentation utilising Excel and Word.
  • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Organising and maintaining the reception area.
  • Booking and coordination of meeting rooms, scheduling appointments and meeting times.
  • Providing refreshments for visitors and meetings.
  • Arranging catering for meetings.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Ad-hoc duties.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience of working as a receptionist in a front facing role.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Strong administrative, multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Experience directing calls via a switchboard.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive and friendly approach.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach and presentation.
