A UK-headquartered private equity firm is looking for an Investor Relations Assistant to join the team in London. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the IR team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have experience working in a similar support role in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Event management and support, including delegate outreach, logistics and on-site management
- Managing the Investor Relations mailbox
- Assisting with investor outreach and managing follow up messages
- Due diligence meeting arrangements and coordination
- Assistance with LPAC communications, board packs and materials.
Experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant role, ideally within a private equity firm or placement agent
- Very strong attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner
- Keen eye for communications, ideally with experience creating email campaigns and HTML invitations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful, energetic, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Mature and self-confident with presence and credibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive nature, ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
