We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client base while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will take a 360° sales approach, balancing relationship management, retention, and up-selling with new business development. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, drive customer success, and expand their cybersecurity solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing client accounts: Build strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Retaining and expanding revenue: Proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients get maximum value from our services.
- Prospecting for new business: Target and engage potential clients to expand our market reach.

- Contract renewals & retention: Proactively manage renewals, ensuring continued success and long-term commitment from clients.
- Driving customer success: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their security posture and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
- Leveraging technology: Utilise HubSpot, Apollo.io, OneShot.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track and manage client interactions, prospect effectively, and maximise opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with theSecurity Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience is essential – You must have experience in cybersecurity, IT, or managed services to succeed in this role.
- Proven sales experience – At least 2+ years in a sales or account management role with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Relationship-focused – Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term success and growth.
- New business expertise – Confident in prospecting, pitching, and converting n ew business opportunities.
- Consultative selling approach – Ability to understand customer needs and position tailored cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Negotiation & commercial acumen – Comfortable handling contract renewals, pricing discussions, and strategic account planning.
- Proactive & target-driven – Motivated by hitting and exceeding revenue goals through a mix ofretention, up-sell, and new business generation.
