Our client is looking for a pro active, hard working and compujter literate individual to work in a busy office within a small team who is focused on delivering a positive experience to thier clients, contractors, engineers and site residents. As a customer service assistant you will work at a company and get hands on experience. You will gain new skills and work along side experienced staff. What you will do as a customer service assistant : * Handling cient purchase orders (POs) and enquiries as they arrive by email and telephone * Managing and allocationg POs in line with business processes to ensure customer delivery is consistent * Accurately processing data into customer management sytems and field management software * The effective planning of engineer schedules * The management of approved contractor work orders * The preperation of high-quality service, maintenance and emergency response reports for clients * The preperation and calculation of POs and quotations * Assisting with the creation and continuous improvement of business processes * Participation in training and development We need you to be able to take ownership for the quality of customer service and satifisfaction. As a custoimer service assiatant you will be the first point of call and there will be lots of interactions and working with clients, contractors and site residents. We offer a training course to be confirmed as day release as one day per week and must be able to attend Wigan & Leigh college to complete a Level 2 as a customer service practitioner.
