MEP CAD Technician

CAD Technician/Operator – MEP / Building Services Central Surrey – Hybrid and Flexible working To £35k + Benefits Package MEP / Building Services / Consultancy / CAD Technician / CAD Operator This role is to join a professional building services consultancy who provide mechanical and electrical designs for a range of building types such as commercial, health, education, residential and community. CAD Technician Role Responsibilities * The role will involve providing CAD Technician support to the M&E team. * Develop M&E scheme designs to detail design stage using Auto Cad working alongside mechanical and electrical design engineers. * Produce working drawing packages for tender and construction purposes to the required standard. * Liaise with other consultants and contractors as appropriate. * Carry out measured surveys of buildings when directed. * Attend site meetings as appropriate. Skills & Experience Required * At least 2 years’ experience of using AutoCAD and working in a Building Services Consultancy. * Understanding of the built environment. * Knowledge of M&E engineering services. You must be able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
