Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (DOE) + quarterly bonuses

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join their Business Support team . You’ll be responsible for managing broadband, IT services, and telephony orders—ensuring smooth installation within agreed timelines while keeping customers informed. Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Order management & scheduling

✔ Liaising with sales, finance, and suppliers

✔ Updating CRM and handling customer queries

✔ Ensuring timely installation and excellent service delivery
