Health and Safety Manager Waterlooville – Hampshire Salary £40-45k Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Quality, this H&S Manager role will be instrumental in driving the manufacturing site forward with a structured, proactive roadmap for the development of the Health and Safety function. Having worked in fast paced manufacturing environments you will appreciate the importance of implementing, managing and monitoring relevant Health and Safety KPI’s. The role will be very much looking at spotting the gaps and working in partnership with the team and the EHS advisors to continuously improve SOP’s and stay ahead of changing legislation and standards. What you’ll be doing: * Lead Health & Safety by developing and delivering new policies and procedures. * Be able to spot gaps and centralised SOP’s across the site as well as helping out across other sites- UK and International. * Lead H&S audits and Best Practices with the ability to drive change. What we need from you: * Lead Health and Safety across a manufacturing site. * A NEBOSH General Certificate or above in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent), with a strong working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. * As well as a keen eye for detail, spotting gaps, be commercial astute.
