This is a fantastic opportunity to be the company's first onboarding specialist, playing a crucial role in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience. Key Responsibilities Conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and live demos Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the best product setup for success Removing obstacles in the customer journey, including product issues, poor implementation, or knowledge gaps Enhancing product adoption, increasing customer retention, and fostering loyalty Assisting the support team with customer queries and troubleshooting Creating educational materials to help customers optimise their use of the platformSkills & Experience 1+ years' experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or customer support Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset Ability to understand customer challenges and provide solutions proactively High emotional intelligence and empathy to build lasting relationships Analytical and goal-oriented approach to customer success Comfortable with IT/software tools and able to learn new systems quicklyApply now to find out more
