Site Supervisor required for an established NI based contractor

Your new role
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for working on a utilities framework in a management capacity across Northern Ireland and the border counties, with some of your main responsibilities including supervising, programming, and managing a site team in the successful delivery of all on-site duties.
You will be involved in the delivery of both minor and major network upgrades, mains replacements, lead pipe replacements and maintenance within water and gas pipeline construction.It will be paramount to continuously work to and meet customer expectations as well as align all activities to industry standards.You will also be expected to liaise with onsite personnel to ensure that expectations are being met with projects being delivered successfully within timeframe and budget while following all necessary health &safety protocols throughout.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered successful for this role, you will need to have previous site supervisory experience, ideally within the civils or utilities sector.You will possess a keen interest in infrastructure works and improving techniques and processes which ensure project delivery to and beyond customer/client performance requirements.A valid CSCS / CSR card is essential. It would be desirable to hold an IOSH / NEBOSH qualification.Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail with a health & safety-first approach alongside meticulous planning and organisational skills will be key to ensuring successful delivery of projects.
