About The Social Change Nest (SCN) At SCN, we’re radically transforming the funding landscape to strengthen civil society. We remove financial and administrative barriers for communities, grassroots groups, and informal movements, enabling them to access funding and focus on their core mission. We also work closely with funders, providing Grant Distribution and Fund Management services to support social action with confidence and transparency. Leadthe delivery of our Grant Distribution service, including managing an international grant distribution contract. Develop and managedetailed project schedules and work plans. Provide regular updatesto stakeholders about deliverables, timelines, and progress. Coordinatedue diligence, grant agreements, and onboarding for grantees. Manage relationshipswith funding partners and identify new opportunities. Track financial transactionsand ensure accurate records in collaboration with the Finance Officer. Collaboratewith The Social Change Nest team to improve systems and align services. Manage and mentorthe Programmes Assistant (Grant Distribution).
