Job title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Lymington   Salary Scale: £12 – £14 per hour Start Date: ASAP FULL TIME LONG TERM Contract type: Temporary, long term – permanent for the right candidate At GSL Education we are supporting an SEND school in LYMINGTON who are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full time, long term basis with the idea of going permanent!   The school provides a personalised wrap-around education package as well as residential care to  students with complex need, mainly Autism and complex social, emotional, mental health needs. There is also a site dedicated to children with severe learning difficulties. The sites cater for children aged 7-19. Every child has a high level of support often including one-to-one support and bespoke timetables following thematic learning experiences. A wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom is designed to engage the student, build resilience and provide the foundation for rapid academic progress.  MULTIPLE VACANCIES AVAILABLE. These roles are tough, the children present very challenging behaviour and you will need to be resilient and committed to this role.
