Our client is a leading provider of commercial Business Centres in the Southeast. They are looking to recruit a part time Administration Assistant working the hours of Mon to Fri 9.30am to 3.00pm. The main aspects of the role are – For their central support office based in Harlow, they are looking to recruit a professional individual to effectively support the Office Manager to ensure that the office runs effectively. Daily/weekly tasks include – * Full admin support * Handling general enquiries (and occasional emergencies) by email or phone * Diary management * Maintain corporate calendar of statutory requirements * Assisting the Office Manager with, annual confirmation statement to Companies House, renewals of all periodic legal registrations for the business, filing financial reports to Companies House * Occasional minute taking * Assisting the Office Manager by liaising with IT support and monitoring all IT equipment /software is up to date * Assisting the Office Manager to arrange training for the whole company * Ordering and arranging delivery of equipment for all of the centres * Handling and updating internal CRM with customer data including – pricing, licence reviews, renewal of contracts * Assist in arranging social events across the centres. The ideal person may have already working in a similar role, been an office manager, PA or senior commercial administration role
