About Our Home
Nestled in the scenic beauty of Haddington, East Lothian , our 68-bed care home provides bespoke, round-the-clock care for older individuals. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support in a comfortable and nurturing environment.

What You’ll Do
βœ” Lead & Support – Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the home and provide strong leadership to the care team.
βœ” Resident-Centred Care – Ensure high-quality, personalised care is delivered to every resident.
βœ” Team Management – Inspire and motivate the care team, ensuring they feel supported in their roles.
βœ” Training & Development – Support staff in their professional growth, offering ongoing training and development opportunities.
βœ” Build Relationships – Foster positive connections with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care.

What We’re Looking For
βœ” Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – With a valid NMC PIN.
βœ” Experience in Elderly Care – Prior experience working in a care home setting.
βœ” Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively.
βœ” Commitment to Excellence – Passion for maintaining the highest standards of care.
