Job Description
We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a friendly, well-established company based on the outskirts of St Albans. If you have experience as a Project Coordinator either within construction or working for an SME and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your skillset in a varied role, this is a great opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organising and implementing construction projects
- Effectively manage project teams’ financial commitments, raising PO’s and billing
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Monitor project progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with safety quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Accurate ordering of stock and materials
- Liaising with clients and site managers

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar project coordinator role
- A background in construction or working for an SME
- Experience raising purchase orders and invoices
- Proficient use of Excel
- A good understanding of numeric data
