Location: Liversedge, UK
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (37.25hrs p/week)

- Be the Quality Champion – Lead the charge in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.
- Solve Problems Like a Pro – Use your root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (think 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA) to identify and eliminate quality issues before they happen.
- Data, Data, Data! – Monitor key quality metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a zero-defect culture across the site.
- ISO 9001 & Compliance Guru – Keep our Quality Management System up to date and aligned with industry regulations.
- Expand Your Horizons – Occasional travel to European & Global sites (approx. 5%) to collaborate on best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or Process Improvement
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (P/FMEA, SPC, Gauge R&R, Capability Studies, etc.)
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
