Position Summary: As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert building surveying services, managing projects, and advising clients on various aspects of construction and property management. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
- Several years of experience in building surveying, ideally in a consultancy setting, with a focus on living and occupier fit-out projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, construction practices, and property law, particularly as they relate to living environments and commercial fit-outs.
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools, software, and technology relevant to the fit-out and living sectors.
