This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technical conformity , ensuring seamless certification for South Korea and the USA while collaborating with a world-class engineering team. The role requires a blend of remote and on-site work (minimum two days per week in Crewe) , with potential international travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead certification coordination, reporting, and documentation to meet critical project milestones.
- Manage parts procurement, test plans, and resource allocation for emissions and powertrain-related projects.
- Engage with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Supervise emissions testing in the UK and abroad , ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Handle large volumes of technical data , solving complex challenges and providing critical engineering insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Powertrain, Body, Chassis, and Electrical Engineering in an automotive environment.
- Hands-on experience with Emissions Type Approval, Certification, and Legislative Compliance .
- Ability to develop, monitor, and execute detailed test plans with efficient resource management.
- Familiarity with automotive development processes and project management .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) .
- Korean language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required .
