The Role
As an experienced Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the overall performance across multiple sites and implementing procedures and policies to ensure robust solutions are in place. This includes capacity planning to review labour requirements and resource planning for future production demands. You will ensure that allocated labour is utilized effectively to produce products at the right time and with the right quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring employees receive the correct training when necessary and that their skills matrix is up to date to adhere to quality standards of performance.

You will possess strong leadership skills with a structured approach and be a role model for your team. You will adhere to company quality awareness and ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times. You should also be willing to assist other areas of the business when required to carry out similar tasks.
