We are now looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Event Delivery and Senior Ticketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering seamless ticketing services for major sporting events, including women’s sports.
Your Role
As Ticketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of ticketing operations, helping to develop and implement strategies that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. From ticket allocation and distribution to risk management and stakeholder coordination, your expertise will help shape exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of effective ticketing processes.
- Manage ticket allocations by event, venue, package, and category.
- Improve ticketing systems and technology to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and support budgeting for ticketing operations.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Analyse ticketing data to support forecasting and operational improvements.
- Oversee ticketing logistics at events, ensuring a high-quality experience for spectators.
