FTTP Area Manager- Service Delivery
Company: MJ QUINN INTEGRATED SERVICE
Location: Central & East London regions
Salary: £37,000
Working Hours: Between 8:00am- 20:00pm (Monday- Friday)
Company Vehicle: Van provided

Role Overview: As the FTTP Area Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, providing direction, support, and feedback to ensure Service Delivery targets are met.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the team within budget constraints and seeking opportunities to reduce costs and maximize revenue growth.
- Ensuring all team members are skilled, equipped, and accredited to client standards.
- Managing performance and continuous improvement of team members through development, recognition, effective communication, field visits, and FPQ checks.
- Ensuring each team member understands their individual targets and is committed to achieving them.
Technical Expertise & Service Delivery:
- Identifying opportunities for multi-skilling and cross-project working to enhance field structure efficiency.
- Ensuring safety and quality checks are performed in accordance with MJ Quinn policy.
Experience Required:
- Managerial experience in a similar role (Telecommunications industry essential).
- FTTP background.
- Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).
- Computer literate.
- Effective communication skills with clients.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
Desirables:
- Managerial/supervisor experience.
- Knowledge of the BT network.
- Understanding of the Fibre network.
- Full UK driver’s license.
