Principle Engineer required to join a successful Defence development team based in Surrey.
As Principle Engineer you will be required to lead a team of Engineers to research the technology options for the future projects, lead the definition, mobilisation and then the delivery of the new product range.
Suitable candidates will have sound System Engineering experience with complex projects and across the full life cycle. Design experience of Software, Electronics and Firmware would be an advantage for this position and all candidates must be able to get SC Clearance.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established business and growing team to launch and deliver a next generation product. There is also prospect of moving into a more senior role at a later date.
The cultural fit for this role is vital and key competencies include results orientated, data driven and able to make decisions at pace.
This role offers flexibility with hours however there will be a requirement to be on site 3-4 days a week. The salary is competitive depending on experience plus healthcare, bonus and pension.
