Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a dynamic team on an exciting residential new build project! If you have a passion for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mechanical systems in the construction of modern homes, we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems in a new residential development.
- Supervise on-site mechanical works, ensuring all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to project management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams.
Key Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the residential construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and drainage systems.
- Previous experience on new build or large-scale residential projects is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
