Our next-level apartment design offers a variety of studios to suit our residents’ lives with the privacy of living alone or the laughter of living together. We offer style, luxury & comfort to our residents, surrounded by premium amenities and a vibrant city life. We’re looking for our next Events Executive to support with the delivery of a market-leading experience programme for our residents. The role will be based at our stylish Head Office in the heart of Alderley Edge; our self-designed site, set on beautiful grounds has been built to meet our needs, with amenities including free parking, free on-site restaurant offerings, sport facilities and much more.
Hybrid working & travel: The role will involve a combination of working from our head office in Cheshire, central Manchester residential sites, home-based work, with occasional travel to residential sites across the UK, twice a month on average.
Our Events Executive
Vita Group brands are designed with gold service standards at the core. Working closely with the Events & Partnerships Manager, Events team and Operations team, this exciting opportunity has been created to ensure that we’re demonstrating those standards in the design, creation and delivery of our resident events ensuring alignment with Vita Groups brand-look, feel and tone, celebrating the diverse cultural community in our buildings.
- Deliver and develop our market-leading events programme, including arranging, organising, scheduling and briefing out the programme of activities.
- Promote events alongside the residence team.
- Attend events at our sites throughout the UK at least twice per month, ensuring the best content is captured from the programme to use as part of the wider marketing strategy.
- Create, schedule and deliver a surprise and delight programme for our residents.
- Liaise with and support partnership activity across a range of partners within beauty, food & beverage, fashion, fitness, travel and more.
- Identify opportunities to maximise the value of our partnerships through content and reach via other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to gather and create content to demonstrate the value of the events programme targeting prospective customers.
- Produce regular promotional assets to drive the programme including in-building events board copy and digital TV screens.
- Maintain digital event listings with detail, copy and imagery.
- Create assets to promote events through digital and physical touchpoints across printed promotions, digital screens, email and social media.
- Track and audit event programme performance.
- Raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and manage budgets.
Who We Want To Join Our Team
Our Events Executive will ideally have circa 2 years’ experience in a marketing and/or events environment and be able to demonstrate a diligent and enthusiastic approach to their work.
- Ideally around 2 years’ hands-on experience in an events related role.
- A Marketing or events related degree would be a significant advantage.
- An experienced luxury / VIP brand ambassador / partner.
- Social Media savvy.
- Flair for writing, editing, promoting and sharing marketing content.
- Ability to analyse & report the effectiveness of projects and progress.
- An eye for “the latest thing” in events, activities, social media.
- Dynamic & creative thinker.
- Well organised.
- Ability to multi-task.
