We are supporting a large UK-wide organisation with the recruitment of a UX Designer.
This role is a full-time permanent position based south of Birmingham, with office visits required only 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities for the UX Designer:
- Working closely with internal teams to turn requirements into designs
- Working across a variety of internal systems, focusing on Procurement, HR & Accounts
- Conducting thorough user research
- Creating user journeys and wireframes
- Managing prototypes and continuous improvement, ensuring all systems are accessible and easy to use
