Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Management: Manage and grow a rich content calendar, publishing consistent, high-quality, on-brand posts, articles, blogs, stories, guides, and handbooks across a range of channels.
  2. Social Media Strategy: Own the day-to-day management of Stowe Family Law\’s social media channels, including content strategy, planning, creation, scheduling, and reporting on performance.
  3. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Brand & Content and Marketing teams to create engaging content that communicates care, empathy, and expertise in our signature tone of voice.
  4. Content Partnerships & SEO Contribution: Build relationships with content creators and influencers to amplify our reach. Contribute to the SEO strategy by creating targeted content and ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  5. Performance Reporting & Trendspotting: Track content performance, produce monthly reports, and stay ahead of trends in the family law space to adapt content strategies for maximum impact.

You’ll Have

  1. Proven experience in managing social media channels and growing audience engagement.
  2. A talent for writing and storytelling with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Experience creating engaging content that resonates and inspires action.
  4. Strong design skills, with basic proficiency in tools like Canva or similar.
  5. The ability to work with keyword research to improve content performance.

Hours & Salary

  1. Hours : Part-time, 28 hours per week across 4 or 5 days (you choose!)
  2. Location : Ideally, we’re looking for someone based around the surrounding areas of Harrogate or Leeds. Our team enjoys coming together and working from the Harrogate office every Wednesday, with occasional visits to the Leeds office as needed.
  3. Salary : £34,000 per year (full-time equivalent)
