C&C Search is currently recruiting a Temporary Executive Assistant for a leading finance company, based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing team in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with fantastic benefits and a hybrid working model.

Position: Temporary Executive Assistant – supporting a team of 10-12 professionals, ranging in seniority, with global team members.

Salary: £28 per hour plus holiday.

Hybrid set-up: 4 days per week in the office, with rotational Friday coverage (1 in 8).

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking rooms/catering, and handling conflicts proactively.

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and compliance with company policies.
  • Managing expenses, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
  • Documenting team holidays and maintaining schedules.
  • Providing cover for other assistants when needed.
