A top global Executive Search firm are seeking an exceptional, organised, and proactive EA to join their welcoming team, supporting two senior consultants.

This is a varied role, suited to someone with a background in executive search or consultancy, used to a fast-paced, high volume workload. Attention to detail is paramount, as well as a flexible and proactive working approach.

This role is a mixture of project management and diary management, including scheduling and organising interviews/meetings, proofreading, and assisting the principal throughout the search process.

This role is hybrid – 3 days in 2 days WFH, paying circa 55k+bonus, with additional benefits.

Applicants must have EA experience – at least 3 years at a senior level.
