This is a lovely role, working with a team that have been together for over 5 years now. The Company Secretary is someone I have known for well over 15 years now, and they pride themselves on mentoring and upskilling their team.
The role will be mainly board support with additional statutory duties and project work. This role would suit candidates with previous FS experience gained from either working in a professional services environment or a smaller organisation where they may be working with little or no conventional support from qualified company secretaries. You will be happy in a role that is predominately producing minutes and the reward will be that your career will be well looked after working in this fabulous team.
