The Opportunity
Working as part of a global team, this position is responsible for providing specialist support on both our existing and developing Dynamics 365 Finance systems.
The key responsibility of this role is to provide the link between the Business Stakeholders, including end users, and the D365 Solution Partner, to optimise use of the system through best practice and in accordance with agreed published Company book of processes.
The aim is to leverage the technology to help our people achieve more each day by developing more effective processes. This is an exciting position that seeks positive people with a “can do” attitude. You will be exposed to the latest technologies and will be a key part of the business and wider technology team.
Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders and end users on effective platform use.
- Gather, document, and implement requirements following best practices.
- Maximise platform potential to enhance efficiency across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage user activities like UAT, user groups, and forums to support enhancements and business opportunities/challenges.
- Build strong vendor relationships while prioritising business interests and goals.
- Provide functional support to the Technology team and business users.
- Collaborate with 3rd party partners to maintain and improve services.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and assist with global projects.
- Promote best practices, ensure security, and manage application access control.
- Create documentation, knowledge articles, and user stories.
- Analyse issues, implement corrective actions, and improve adoption and user experience.
- Work within ITIL frameworks for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, serving as the primary contact for support tickets.
Skills / Experience
- 3 years minimum experience in a Functional Business Analyst/BA role in Finance.
- Business Applications – Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Any other ERP cloud-based related Functional Analysis experience.
- Productivity Suite – Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel.
- Power Platform – Power BI, Flow, PowerApps, Common Data Service.
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.
