A permanent opportunity has arisen for the Property Department, Estates Division to recruit an Estates Manager (x2) to be based at Ninewells Hospital and have strategic responsibilities across NHS Tayside to assist the Senior Estates Manager to meet the strategic and (where required) operational objectives within NHS Tayside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of service within agreed Statutory, Mandatory, Safety, Environmental, Quality Standards, Policies and Procedures.
- Design, Project Manage and implement all delegated projects.
- Deputise for the Senior Estates Manager as required.
- Maintain all plant, equipment, Estates Division Transport and grounds at the NHS Tayside Hospital and Health care sites in a satisfactory, operational condition at all times.
- Manage the revenue and capital budgets allocated under their delegated authority and all Estates staff under their remit.
- Participate in an on-call rota and travel between NHS sites as required.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
