Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a true team player to support the MD and the team.
4 days in office, 1 WFH. 9-5.30pm hours.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zones, frequently handling schedule conflicts.
- Meeting and VC coordination; events assistance/logistics.
- Acting as gatekeeper for the team.
- Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries and relevant documents; expenses.
- Organising client dinners and in-house lunches.
- Managing email communication, flagging urgent requests and following up.
- Liaising with clients and internal banking teams.
- Working closely with other PAs in the group.
The skills you need to bring:
- Solid Team PA experience supporting a busy team, ideally from the Financial Services sector; MD level perfect!
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Confident multi-tasker.
- Ability to build quick work relationships.
- Approachable and strong communicator.
