Job Description:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering closely with and working as a true right-hand person to the CEO
- Proactively manage the CEO’s internal and external communications, complex diaries, and overall workload
- Organising and managing a wide range of meetings, workshops, and events at internal and external venues
- Arranging complex global travel; liaising with internal and external contacts for all bookings and meetings for the CEO and team
- Business development support, including CRM and LinkedIn administration on behalf of the CEO, communications with prospective and current suppliers, and contract and supplier administration
Experience And Qualifications:
Essential:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to set priorities and manage own workload and deadlines without direction
- Very strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Educated to Scottish Highers, A-Level, or equivalent
- IT literate with a strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 programs
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Experience working with CRM software
- Ability and desire to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel internationally when required
- Based in Scotland with a full UK driving licence and able to commute regularly to Newbridge, Edinburgh
