Job Description
As our Food & Beverage Shift Leader, youβ¦
- Develop high-quality relationships with guests from arrival through their stay to foster loyalty.
- Determine the best organization for production, distribution, storage, etc., based on existing infrastructure and equipment.
- Supervise stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies and identify needs.
- Ensure compliance with reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
- Coordinate with departments close to F&B, such as front office and reservations.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality, warm, and friendly service.
Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a current work visa. Evidence of eligibility will be required during the recruitment process.
