HomeServe is looking to recruit a Director of IT Service Delivery to join our Tech & Change team in our Walsall Head Office.

The Role:
As our Director of IT Service Delivery, you’ll lead and evolve our “run and operate” technology services, ensuring reliability, innovation, and business alignment. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving service excellence, fostering a people-first approach, and managing strategic third-party relationships.
You’ll also play a critical role in embedding regulatory frameworks such as operational resilience and SOx, ensuring our IT services meet the highest standards of compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Service Delivery functions, including Service Desk, End User Computing, and Application Support.
- Develop & execute an IT Service Strategy aligned with business goals and ITIL best practices.
- Embed & drive regulatory frameworks (e.g., operational resilience, SOx).
- Manage & influence relationships with Executive Board stakeholders.
- Innovate using automation and AI to enhance IT services and infrastructure.
- Ensure resilience through robust Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans.
- Collaborate & lead within the Technology Leadership Team, driving change and continuous improvement.
