The Role

The Learning Disability and Autism Trustee will bring specialist skills and experience to support LinkAble in delivering the best quality care and support to children, young people, and adults with a learning disability and autistic people who attend our services.

We are ideally seeking someone with experience in delivering day services, supported living, or residential care, or someone who has worked in a senior role in special education. We deliver safe and engaging services but believe we can do more to support people in gaining skills and confidence and in having the aspiration to progress in their lives.

If you have time to audit services and advise on how we might enhance our delivery, as well as contribute to our Programme Committee and Board Meetings, we would welcome your input. Please send a CV to as a first step.
