eCommerce Product Owner / Digital Operations Specialist

Location: Stoke on Trent

Hybrid working environment, 1 day per week in the office

My client is a leading force in the global homeware sector operating 6 brands, selling in over 80 countries, with a workforce of 1000 employees and generating over £100M in revenue last year.

This role will support the Head of Digital Operations in providing sound technical leadership in all aspects of digital technology across the global ecommerce operation and vendor network. Day to day you will monitor the Group\’s digital channels, focusing on performance, availability, and customer journey to realize the full sales potential of the channels. You\’ll grasp the ecommerce requirements and create user stories to be managed through the external digital agencies. You will lead the daily and weekly stand-ups with the internal and external teams, monitor all the apps, data feeds, and integrations, and much more.

The successful candidate will have a couple of years of experience working with a variety of ecommerce platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce. You will have experience of working with external agencies, working with agile development teams, and ideally, you will have some coding experience in HTML, CSS, or MySQL.
