Job Description
Our client is a Photography Studio seeking a dynamic, highly organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leading photography studio. You’ll drive sales, manage a talented team, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain a seamless client experience across all areas of the business.
Location: Primarily WFH but access to London office
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Track and analyse sales to drive growth.
- Monitor marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating custom photo packages for potential clients.
Team & Studio Management:
- Manage and support the team, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
- Maintain a professional and high-standard studio environment.
- Oversee finances, budgets, and cost efficiencies.
- Hire, train, and develop team members as needed.
Client & Photographer Relations:
- Address client complaints and queries to ensure high service standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Oversee scheduling and workflow optimisation.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all photographs meet high-quality editing and delivery standards.
- Oversee timely image delivery and efficient payment systems.
- Maintain a reputation of excellence through client reviews and feedback.
Legal & Operational Oversight:
- Prevent unauthorised use of photography and handle any misuse issues.
- Determine pricing based on market trends.
- Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency.
