Operations Coordinator – £32 – 35,000 : fast-paced tech / consulting environment
Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic tech consultancy as they scale their business with international growth plans.
This is a varied Operationssupport role – you will work across their HQ team of 60 staff as well as assisting consultants who work on a project basis. PA and administrative duties as well as Office Management for a newly-refurbished office space close to Bank (City).
You will be an integral part of the team, working in support of everyone including the CEO. Your role will be spread across:
- Administrative support for the HR / People team (to include onboarding, IT, compliance admin, email correspondence and queries)
- Organising events and socials (team and client)
- Meeting and greeting clients, first point of contact for the London team
- Office Management including liaison with landlord, ordering supplies, post and deliveries
- Some PA support to CEO and COO (diaries and travel)
This role would suit a highly organised candidate whose background could be in team support, project coordination, PA work or Office Management.
Great opportunity for a confident candidate with around 2-3 years’ experience in a team support / coordination role to take the next step in their career – they really want someone enthusiastic and confident who can handle lots of different priorities, is on the ball, likes being busy and is highly organised!
