Duties to include:
- The planning & organisation of works and materials during and prior to job commencement.
- Ensure all works are carried out under Health & Safety guidelines and to timescales.
- Monitor closely that all scaffolding is erected to TG20 safety standards through site visits, with any findings recorded through QSHE inspection reports and recordings.
- Designing safe systems of work (method statements) & undertaking risk assessments.
- Motivate, train & develop scaffolders & trainees.
- Carry out regular toolbox talks.
- Produce accurate payroll and job costing information in line with contract budget.
- Must be competent in understanding technical design works and the ability to work with Temporary works drawings.
The Candidate:
- Current valid UK driving licence.
- In-depth knowledge of the scaffold industry.
- Industry based qualifications SMSTS, SSSTS, or CISRS.
- Ability to manage and build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work across multiple projects.
This is a temp to perm role; once taken on, the candidate will receive full PAYE benefits inclusive of company van, mobile, laptop, pension contributions, etc.
