We are searching for a Test Analyst to ensure that our client’s in-house software products and third-party integrations are qualified as ‘fit for purpose’. The position involves manual software testing, focusing on physical access control, transaction management, command/control, digital video, and intrusion detection. You will be responsible for software/hardware integration testing to support new product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that products meet design specifications and perform as required.
  • Identify and clearly record defects in a central database.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on product specifications.
  • Record ‘Test Runs’ to provide evidence of product maturity and test coverage.
  • Create and maintain release notes/documentation related to the tested products.
  • Suggest and document product enhancements for future releases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve test quality and coverage.
  • Investigate and propose future automated testing opportunities.
  • Participate in the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct hands-on testing with physical devices for fully integrated system validation.
