Our client is a well-established, leading FM Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Commercial Gas Maintenance and Servicing team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team, communicating with supervisors and clients in person and over the phone. Responsibilities: * To undertake heating maintenance reactive repair works as issued within set time frames to ensure client expectations are met. * To proactively identify and undertake heating maintenance works (reactive works not yet identified by the client) * To undertake heating PPM works, within set time frames to ensure statutory compliance * To undertake heating improvement works as required * To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of all plant room equipment * Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms and storage areas * Carry out on call duties as part of a rota * To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately * To be respectful of our clients Qualifications: · ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas · Domestic Gas qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CPA1 · Commercial Gas qualifications CIGA1, COCN1, CBHP1, ICPN1, TPCP1A · A full driving licence is essential for this role Desirable: · Experience of BMS Systems · Legionella Awareness · Knowledge of the pressure system regulations · HIU · Oil Hours of Work: * Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week * On call rota every 6 weeks (standby and call out payments additional to salary)
