Our Instrumentation team in London is now looking for a Principal Designer.

What will you be doing?

  1. Review and incorporate customer’s specs and requirements from the contractual scope of work.
  2. Calculate call-off and maintain the bulk material needs (Non tagged items).
  3. Establish and maintain material take-offs for tagged/non-tagged items and equipment for measurement, cost, and weight reporting.
  4. Position tagged/non-tagged equipment with respect to process function, fabrication method, operational access, and maintainability.
  5. Perform field- and cabling topology and detailed termination design, including production of field topology documentation/overview drawings, block diagrams, termination, and loop details.
  6. Work out schedules and MPPs as per project requirements.
  7. Manage meetings with clients and fabrication yards.

We think you should have:

  • Significant experience in a relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of Norsok standards and international standards.
  • Experience in managing remote teams is desirable.
  • Ability to provide necessary support during installation and MC.
