As a Consumer Channel Manager, your team will be responsible for building and managing the tools that really make a difference for our Sales Teams. Being the bridge between the business need and technology to help build scale and drive innovation. The role will be working on a number of high-profile projects that are crucial to the priorities of Sales.
Description
- Leading a team of high-performing product managers and analysts.
- Partner with key Sales teams to develop best-in-class enterprise reporting and management solutions.
- Prioritise business needs based on a deep understanding of objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Be the liaison between the Sales and technical teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business strategy.
- Develop expertise in key areas such as channel sales, back margin, and both digital and physical retail processes.
- Manage complex multi-track product development projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with global milestones.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional project and leadership teams, building strong relationships and advocating for regional needs when necessary.
- Bring a detail-oriented and strategic mindset to all tasks.
- Demonstrate a passion for enhancing the customer experience by leveraging Apple’s technology platforms to deliver maximum value to both Apple and its partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- A strong background in Product or Project management, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- A deep understanding of reporting needs in the consumer channel.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis and process improvement.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across an organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong presentation skills with stellar written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Experience in defining product strategy and roadmaps.
