We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our academic team in London on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive business lessons across a variety of topics, including management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
  2. Assessment & Feedback: Create and administer assessments to track student progress, offering timely and constructive feedback that supports academic development.
  3. Student Support: Provide additional support to students, addressing their academic needs and helping them develop their understanding of business concepts.
  4. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the business curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant to industry standards.
  5. Classroom Management: Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment that encourages student engagement, participation, and collaboration.
  6. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing timely interventions to ensure students reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  1. A degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  2. A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  3. Proven experience teaching business at the Further Education level or equivalent.
  4. Strong knowledge of business concepts, trends, and industry practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  6. A commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
