We are seeking a proactive and innovative Network Telephony Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing network telephony solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of our communication services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with service users, staff, and stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback for network telephony solutions.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current telephony services and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  3. Develop and implement network telephony improvement plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
  4. Use data and insights to inform telephony design decisions and measure the impact of improvements.
  5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage staff and stakeholders in the telephony design process.
